Talents in Africa seeks to empower African youth through proprietary tests on an AI backed recruitment platform that allows Africans to identify their skills to expose and match them to training and jobs and for employers to find quality candidates in Africa. Its proprietary tests allow candidates to identify their skills then suggests opportunities to them, like Facebook suggests friends. It also recommends skill accelerators that help candidates to upskill in areas of interest or where they are deficient.
