User's performance in the RFQ marketplace is evaluated in the form of scores (company dimensions). The better the market performance is, the higher the score is. The factors used for evaluating market performance include Number of days signed in,Number of RFQ quotations,Average quotation response time,24-hour quotation response rate,Buyer satisfaction rate,Total number and value of Trade Assurance orders which have cleared customs.

The user types: The user types covered by the quotation rights rewarding based on performance score are as follows: Gold Supplier users from Mainland China, Gold Supplier users from Hong Kong and Taiwan, China, Mainland China users that have purchased Basic Quotation Package,Global Gold Supplier users, and global users that have purchased Basic Quotation Package .
The update time & calculation period of performance scores:On the 3nd, 12th and 22nd of each month (PST), the market performance scores of users will be updated and displayed at users' MY ALIBABA. Users may leverage the scores from each period to make improvements accordingly. The details are as follows:
On the 12th of each month, the market performance score is updated based on the performance from the 1st to the 10th of the current month;
On the 22nd of each month, the market performance score is updated based on the performance from 1st to 20th of the current month;
On the 3rd of each month, the market performance score is updated based on the performance of previous month.
Issuance Date & Validity Period:on the 3rd of each month, RFQ will reward additional quotation rights according to user's market performance score of the previous calendar month. The rewarding quotation rights is valid from the 3rd of current month to the 2nd of next month.
|The Factors that Influence Market Performance Score|
Number of days signed in:The number of days signed in to your Alibaba.com account or signed in to the AliSuppliers App and using the Buying Request pages during the set performance calculation period.Logging in several times within one day are calculated as only one time.
Number of RFQ quotations:The number of RFQ quotations refers to the number of approved quotations during the set performance calculation period.
The quotations that do not consume quotation rights will not be counted into quotation amount.
Average quotation response time:The average quotation response time refers to the average time taken (in hours) for each user ID (including the master account and any sub-accounts) to respond to buying requests which have been submitted by buyers and approved during the set performance calculation period.
24-hour quotation response rate:The percentage of quotations that were responded to within 24 hours of the buyer request being approved, out of the total number of supplier quotations approved during the performance calculation period.
Buyer satisfaction rate :The buyer satisfaction rate is the percentage of positive responses the supplier receives from buyers.Only the Reviews received within 180 days since the quotation was submitted will be included into the calculation; Four-star and five-star are positive Reviews;
Total number and value of Trade Assurance orders which have cleared customs :The total number and total value of all Trade Assurance orders which have cleared customs during the performance calculation period and submitted at RFQ entry.The RFQ market entry includes multiple entrances, with the customs-cleared time determining the calculated period of the order. Users engaging in false Trade Assurance orders will be penalized accordingly.
Currently, Trade Assurance is not available to be offered as a service by Global Gold Suppliers or The global users that buy Basic Quotation Package of Business Opportunity Service in RFQ marketplace. However, we are working hard to ensure the Trade Assurance order protection service will be available to such suppliers. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience.
All Market Performance Score factors will be compiled based on an aggregate of all supplier and company accounts under the business (including the master account and all sub-accounts).
The weight of score-influencing factors may be adjusted based on market trends.
Other rules:These Rules shall come into force on October 1, 2016.Alibaba reserves the right to revise or update these rules at any time. After the rules are revised or updated, the user's continuous use of RFQ marketplace's business opportunity service will be deemed that they agree with the modified or updated rules.
