“March Expo Sellers’ Coupon” Rules, Terms & Conditions
(the “Official Rules”)

These Terms & Conditions apply to the “March Expo Sellers’ Coupon” promotional campaign, game, or event (each, a “Promotion”) being run on the Alibaba website (www.alibaba.com) (“Alibaba.com”).

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (see clause 2 below), Eligible Members (as defined under Clause 5) who satisfy the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled to discount coupons of up to 20% off  as offered by the suppliers (each a “Seller’s Coupon”).  

2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on March 4, 2019 00:00:00 Pacific Time (PST) and ends on March 31, 2019 23:59:59 Pacific Time (PDT) (the “Promotion Period”). 

3. Promoter: Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore with registered office address at 8 Shenton Way #45-01 AXA Tower Singapore 068811 (the “Promoter”).

4. Availability: This Promotion is available on the Alibaba.com website, Alibaba.com mobile site, Alibaba iPhone and Android App, as well as Android Pads.

5. Eligible Member: You must be a registered member of Alibaba.com, except that employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and their respective immediate family members, affiliated and subsidiary companies, any company involved in the Promotion, together with their agents are not eligible to enter.

6. Promotion-specific Rules:

1. During the period from February 25, 2019 00:00:00 (PST) to March 31, 2019 23:59:59 (PDT), the Eligible Member is entitled to obtain the Seller’s Coupons on Alibaba.com website, Alibaba.com mobile site, Alibaba iPhone and Android App, as well as Android Pads.
2. The discount available under each Seller’s Coupon varies from 5% off up to 20% off based on the availability of such coupons provided by different suppliers.
3. Each Eligible Member can only obtain one Seller’s Coupon from each supplier.
4. The Seller’s Coupon is applicable to all products of the relevant supplier providing such coupon.
5. The Seller’s Coupons can only be used during the Promotion Period for Trade Assurance orders with a total product value of at least US$300 (excluding any other costs such as delivery, inspection and taxes) before and after any amendment of order value by the supplier (if applicable); and the aggregate discount available under each Trade Assurance order is capped at US$100.
6. The Seller’s Coupon can be used in conjunction with other discounts offered by the suppliers, but the Seller’s Coupon shall only be applicable and used on the final discounted amount after such other discounts have been applied.
7. The Eligible Member shall obtain a Seller’s Coupon prior to the supplier’s drafting of a Trade Assurance order, otherwise the Seller’s Coupon will not be applicable on such order.
8. The use of the Seller’s Coupons is only limited on Alibaba.com website, Alibaba iPhone and Android App, as well as Android Pads (Alibaba.com mobile site being excluded).
9. Any discount pursuant to the Seller’s Coupon shall first be deducted from the remaining sum of the Trade Assurance order; where the remaining sum is insufficient to deduct the total discount available, the remaining discounted amount will then be deducted from the initial payment.
10. Alibaba.com is entitled to treat in its sole and absolute discretion any Eligible Member which share the same or similar personal or technical information (including but not limited to identification documents, delivery recipient name, account address, communication details, IP address) as the same member. In such a case, Alibaba.com is entitled to disqualify any orders entered into by such Eligible Members.
11. The Seller’s Coupon shall be invalid if the Trade Assurance order is cancelled after payment. Nonetheless, if the Trade Assurance order is cancelled before payment, then the Seller’s Coupon shall still be valid for use for other Trade Assurance orders.

7. General Rules:
   1. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
   2. Any fraud and/or abuse of the offers awarded/ received under the Promotion (“Offers”) by you (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of your account(s) with the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of any Offers awarded inappropriately to you directly from your account(s) with the Promoter without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
   3. In the event that the Promotion is ceased or suspended by the relevant authorities or due to serious network attack or system fault, the Promotion may be terminated prematurely.    5. In the event that the Promotion becomes inoperable due to any computer network related reasons, you agree that the Promoter shall not be held liable for any damages.
   6. Time and validity of any transactions and/or your eligibility to the Offers shall be determined by the Promoter at it sole discretion based on the Promoter’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by you and that held by the Promoter, the Promoter’s record shall be conclusive and binding on you.
   7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Official Rules as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers upon notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
   8. The Promoter reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke your right to participate in a Promotion or use any Offers, upon discovery of your violation of these Rules or your dishonest, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful or, in the opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate acts in your participation in any Promotion.

8. Conflict of Terms and Conditions:
   1. In case of any discrepancy in the content between the English and other non-English language versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail.
   2. In the event that any of the terms under these Official Rules conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on Alibaba.com, the terms under these Official Rules shall prevail.

9. Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, In no event will the promoter be liable to YOU for any direct, INDIRECT, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in thIS PROMOTION, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Sponsor HAs been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

10. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability to it or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of the your participation in the Promotion.

“New Credit Card Linked Offer to New Buyers” Rules, Terms & Conditions (the“Official Rules)

These Terms & Conditions apply to the “New Credit Card Linked Offer to New Buyers” promotional campaign, game, and/or event (each is considered a“Promotion”) being run on the Alibaba website (www.alibaba.com) (“Alibaba.com”).

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (see clause 2 below), Eligible Members (as defined under Clause 5) who satisfy the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled to US $20 off their transaction fee.

Current employees, officers and directors of the Promoter along with their respective immediate family members and affiliated and subsidiary companies are not eligible to participate. Companies and their agents involved in organizing the Promotion are also not eligible to participate.

6. Promotion - Specific Rules:

1. Each Eligible Member shall link and save a new Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card(“New Credit/Debit Card”) to their Alibaba.com account on Alibaba.com and use such New Credit/Debit Card for payment to be eligible for this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, any existing credit/debit card already linked to an Alibaba.com account shall not qualify for this Promotion even if it has been removed in advance of the commencement of the Promotion Period.
2. Upon linking and saving a New Credit/Debit Card, the Eligible Members shall be entitled to a deduction of up to US$20 on the transaction fee of the first order placed under each Alibaba.com account using the New Credit/Debit Card. For the avoidance of doubt, any Alibaba.com account which has successfully placed orders before the commencement of the Promotional Period shall not be eligible for this Promotion.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, the up to US$20 deduction only applies to a deduction on the transaction fee itself and not on the transaction value of the order; in the event where the payable transaction fee is less than US$20, only the exact amount of the transaction fee shall be deducted.
4. Each Eligible Member is only eligible for this Promotion for one time.
5. Alibaba.com reserve the final right of interpretation in the event of a dispute between Alibaba.com and an Eligible Member.

7. General Rules:

1. Any member participating in this Promotion agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
2. “50% off Alibaba.com Air Express to the U.S.” Rules, Terms & Conditions (the“Official Rules)

These Terms & Conditions apply to the“50% off Alibaba.com Air Express to the U.S.” promotional campaign, game, or event (each is considered a“Promotion”) being run on the Alibaba website (www.alibaba.com) (“Alibaba.com”).

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (see clause 2 below), Eligible Members (as defined under Clause 5) who satisfy the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled to 50% off Alibaba.com Air Express shipping fees (excluding duties and taxes charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and other third party fees) on eligible products with shipping addresses in the United States.

h. No magnetic inspection service shall be offered under this Promotion.

i. The Promoter shall have the right to destroy any products at the expenses of the Eligible User in the following scenarios:

• The products were not able to be cleared by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 7 business days of initial contact due to the failure by the Eligible Member to pay duties and taxes; and

4. 5. Promotion-specific Rules:
   1. To be eligible for the Promotion, the Eligible Members shall:
      1. place a transaction order of a minimum value of US$200 during the Promotion Period and make an initial payment pursuant to the order;

These Terms & Conditions apply to the “Save US$20 on Transaction Fees with Mastercard Offer” promotional campaign, game, or event (each, a “Promotion”) being run on the Alibaba website (www.alibaba.com) (“Alibaba.com”).

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (see clause 2 below), Eligible Members (as defined under Clause 5) who satisfy the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled to US$20 off their transaction fee with a purchase made by a Mastercard on Alibaba.com. 

2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on March 15, 2019 21:00:00 (PDT) and April 30, 2019 23:59:59 (PDT) (the “Promotion Period”).  

3. Promoter: Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore with registered office address at 8 Shenton Way #45-01 AXA Tower Singapore 068811 (the “Promoter”).

4. Availability: This Promotion is available on the Alibaba.com website, Alibaba.com mobile site, Alibaba iPhone and Android App, as well as Android Pads.

5. Eligible Member: You must be a registered member of Alibaba.com with a valid delivery address in the United States, except that employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and their respective immediate family members, affiliated and subsidiary companies, any company involved in the Promotion, together with their agents are not eligible to enter.

6. Promotion-specific Rules:

1. Each Eligible Member shall use a valid U.S. issued Mastercard credit card or debit card (“Mastercard”) to make payment for an order placed under its Alibaba.com account during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”) to be eligible for this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, a purchase shall only be a Qualifying Purchase if the card payment for such transaction undergoes the process of authorization, clearing and settlement by Mastercard.
2. The Eligible Members shall be entitled to a deduction of up to a maximum of US$20 on the transaction fee for such Qualifying Purchase, subject to customer identification of their respective Mastercard account.
3. This Promotion is limited and on a first-come-first serve basis, to be determined based on the actual time of payment by each Eligible Member.
4. Each Eligible Member is only eligible for this Promotion for one time.
5. Each Eligible Member shall be responsible for all tax liabilities (if any) in relation to the Promotion.
6. The Promotion shall only be available until relevant promotional funds allocated for this Promotion are exhausted or as determined by Alibaba.com.
7. com shall have the final right of interpretation in the event of a dispute between Alibaba.com and the Eligible Member.

7. General Rules:
   1. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
   2. Any fraud and/or abuse of the offers awarded/ received under the Promotion (“Offers”) by you (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to the Offers and/or cancellation of all or part of your account(s) with the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of any Offers awarded inappropriately to you directly from your account(s) with the Promoter without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
   3. In the event that the Promotion is ceased or suspended by the relevant authorities or due to serious network attack or system fault, the Promotion may be terminated prematurely. Such situation shall constitute a force majeure event and the Promoter shall not be liable for any damages or claims that arise out of the event.
   4. The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or otherwise.
   5. In the event that the Promotion becomes inoperable due to any computer network related reasons, you agree that the Promoter shall not be held liable for any damages.
   6. Time and validity of any transactions and/or your eligibility to the Offers shall be determined by the Promoter at it sole discretion based on the Promoter’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by you and that held by the Promoter, the Promoter’s record shall be conclusive and binding on you.
   7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Official Rules as well as to vary or terminate any of the Offers upon notice. In the event of disputes, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
   8. The Promoter reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke your right to participate in a Promotion or use any Offers, upon discovery of your violation of these Rules or your dishonest, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful or, in the opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate acts in your participation in any Promotion.

8. Conflict of Terms and Conditions:
   1. In case of any discrepancy in the content between the English and other non-English language versions of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail.
   2. In the event that any of the terms under these Official Rules conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on Alibaba.com, the terms under these Official Rules shall prevail.

9. Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, In no event will the promoter be liable to YOU for any direct, INDIRECT, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in thIS PROMOTION, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Sponsor HAs been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

10. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability to it or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of the your participation in the Promotion.

11. Governing Law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
