(“Terms and Conditions”)

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the “Up to US$60 transaction fees waived on the first 3 orders” promotional campaign (the “Promotion”) as part of the #SuperSeptember event being run on the Alibaba.com website (www.alibaba.com) and/or its mobile apps (“Alibaba.com”).

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (see Clause 2 below), Eligible Members (as defined under Clause 5) who satisfy the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled up to US$60 off their transaction fee.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on September 1, 2020 00:00:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST) until September 30, 2020 23:59:59 Pacific Standard Time (PST) (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Promoter: Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore and having its registered address at 8 Shenton Way, #45-01 AXA Tower, Singapore 068811 (the “Promoter”).

4. Eligible Participants:

To participate in the Promotion, you must be a registered member of the Alibaba.com, with a valid buyer account on Alibaba.com, and there has been no paid transaction record with any Trade Assurance seller in Mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan (including refund orders, if any), to be eligible in participating in the Promotion (“Eligible Participant”). Current employees, officers and directors of the Promoter along with their respective immediate family members and/or affiliated and subsidiary companies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Companies and their agents involved in organizing the Promotion are also not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

5. Payment Methods: The following payment methods are acceptable for the Promotion: credit/debit cards, online transfer, Apple Pay and/or Boleto (further details in Clause 6 below) ("Acceptable Payment Methods”). For the avoidance of doubt, Alibaba.com reserves the absolute right to remove any of the Acceptable Payment Methods for this Promotion without prior notice to you.

6. Promotion - Specific Rules:

(a)   For any Eligible Participant which uses a credit card or debit card as a payment method for the Promotion, you must link and save your credit card or debit card details to your Alibaba.com account and use such credit or debit card for payment to be eligible for this Promotion. This requirement shall not apply to other payment methods.

(b)   Eligible Participants shall be entitled to a waiver of up to US$60 in aggregate from the transaction fees on their first three (3) orders placed on their Alibaba.com account using either of the Acceptable Payment Methods. For the avoidance of doubt, any order placed on your Alibaba.com account (regardless of whether payment has been made in respect thereof) before the commencement of the Promotional Period shall not be eligible for the Promotion.

(c)    This Promotion only applies to a deduction on the transaction fee itself and not on the transaction value of the relevant order. In the event that the total payable transaction fee for your first three (3) orders is less than US$60, then actual amount(s) of the relevant transaction fee(s) in the respective order(s) shall be deducted.

(d)   For each Eligible Participant, only the first three (3) of their orders shall be entitled to participate in the Promotion.

(e)   If the Eligible Participant’s payment for the Promotion has failed, such transactions will not be counted as one of the three (3) orders and such Eligible Participant will still be entitled to the Promotion deduction in the next order submitted during the Promotion Period.

(f)    The acceptable credit or debit card payment methods for this Promotion are Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover, JCB and American Express. 7. Miscellaneous:

(a)   By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate the terms of the Promotion requirements without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.

(b)   Any fraud and/or abuse of any offer or discount awarded/received under the Promotion (“Offers”) by you (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion) will result in the forfeiture of your eligibility to the Offers and/or may lead to the termination of all or part of your account(s) with the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to deduct the value of any Offers awarded inappropriately to you directly from your account(s) without prior notice and/or taking legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding balances.

(c)    In the event that the Promotion is cancelled or suspended by any relevant authorities, or due to a serious network attack, system failure or any other reasons, the Promotion may be terminated prematurely without prior notice to you. Such situation shall constitute a force majeure event and the Promoter shall not be liable for any damages or claims that arise out of the force majeure event.

(d)   The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondences, whether by e-mail or otherwise.

(e)   In the event that the Promotion becomes inoperable due to any computer network related reasons, you agree that the Promoter shall not be held liable for any damages.

(f)    The timing and validity of any transactions and/or your eligibility to the Offers shall be determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion based on the Promoter’s own records. If there is any discrepancy between the transaction records held by you and that of the Promoter, the Promoter’s records shall be conclusive and binding on you.

(g)   The Promoter reserves the right and absolute discretion to cancel or revoke your right to participate in the Promotion or use any Offers, upon discovery of any violation of these Rules by you or any dishonest, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful act or, in the opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate act during your participation in the Promotion.

(h)   In case of any discrepancy in the interpretation between the English and the non-English language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event that any of the term in these Terms and Conditions conflict with any rules and/or any related information displayed elsewhere on Alibaba.com, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

(i)    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITIES ARISE FROM ANY CLAIMS BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE PROMOTER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.

Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.

(l)    This Promotion is available to a limited number of Eligible Participants only, on a first-come first-served basis. Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter, this Promotion shall end immediately (notwithstanding that it may be earlier than the last day of the Promotion Period) once the total number of Eligible Participants has reached the prescribed maximum number.

1. Alibaba.freightos.com service and the promotion offered in connection therewith during #SuperSeptember (“Logistics Promotion”) are provided solely by Freightos and/or its third-party service providers (“Freightos”). Alibaba.com is not a service provider nor does it involve (whether directly or indirectly) in the provision of the service and/or the promotion.
2. Your use of the Alibaba.freightos.com service and enjoyment of the Logistics Promotion shall be subject to any applicable terms and conditions of Frieghtos.

20% off Third Party Inspection Service Fees

(“Terms and Conditions”)

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the “20% off Third Party Inspection Service Fees” promotional campaign (the “Promotion”) being run as part of the #SuperSeptember event being run on the Alibaba.com International Website (www.alibaba.com) (“Alibaba.com Website”).

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (as defined in Clause 2), any Eligible Participant (as defined in Clause 5) who satisfies the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled to 20% off third party inspection service fees on the Alibaba.com Website (excluding duties, taxes and any other third party expenses).

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences from September 1, 2020 00:00:00 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ends on September 30, 2020 23:59:59 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Promoter: Alibaba (China) Technology Co., Ltd, a company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China with its registered office address at No. 699, Wangshang Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China (the “Promoter”).

4. Availability: This Promotion is available on the Alibaba.com Website only.

5. Eligible Participant: You must be a registered member of the Alibaba.com Website (“Eligible Participant”). Notwithstanding that, any person who is an employee, officer and/or director of the Promoter (including his/her immediate family members, agents, any corporate entity in which he/she is a shareholder, director and/or employee, and, such corporate entity’s affiliates and subsidiaries) shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

6. Promotion-specific Rules:

(a)   Any Eligible Participant who complies with the following requirements shall be eligible to participate in the Promotion: (i) the Eligible Participant is a buyer on the Alibaba.com Website; (ii) there is a Trade Assurance Order entered into between the Eligible Participant and a seller on the Alibaba.com Website (regardless of whether it has concluded or otherwise); and (iii) the Eligible Participant has opted for an add-on order for inspection service(s) to be provided by professional third-party service providers authorized on the Alibaba.com Website (which are Bureau Veritas (BV), China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC) and SGS) (“Inspection Service Order”), regardless of whether such Inspection Service Order is completed and settled within the Promotion Period. 

(b)   As long as an Eligible Participant has opted for an Inspection Service Order during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Participant will nevertheless be eligible to enjoy the discount under the Promotion notwithstanding that the Eligible Participant does not complete and settle such Inspection Service Order during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Participant will not be eligible to enjoy the discount under the Promotion if the Eligible Participant opts for an Inspection Service Order for its Trade Assurance Order after the Promotion Period or after the total number of Inspection Service Orders have exceeded 2,400 during the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

(c)    Subject to paragraph 6(d) below, every Eligible Participant can enjoy the discount under the Promotion for a maximum of three (3) Inspection Service Orders during the Promotion Period.

(d)   The Promotion is limited up to the first 2,400 Inspection Service Orders during the Promotion Period. The Promotion will run on a first come, first served basis based on the time, provided that it is within the Promotion Period, when the Eligible Participant places the relevant Inspection Service Order.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the “Payment Terms Net 60” promotional campaign (the “Promotion”) as part of the #SuperSeptember event being run on the Alibaba.com on the Alibaba.com International Website (www.alibaba.com) (“Alibaba.com Website”).

1. The Promotion: During the Promotion Period (as defined in Clause 2), any Eligible Member (as defined in Clause 5) who satisfies the requirements under Clause 6 shall be entitled to a 60 day extension on the payment term.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences from September 1, 2020 00:00:00 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) to September 30, 2020 23:59:59 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) (the “Promotion Period”).  

3. Promotion Organizer: Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore with its registered office address at 8 Shenton Way, #45-01 AXA Tower, Singapore 068811 (“Alibaba.com”).

4. Availability: This Promotion is available on the Alibaba.com website, Alibaba.com mobile site, Alibaba iPhone and Android App, as well as Android Pads.

5. Eligible Member: You must be a registered member of Alibaba.com and you must be a Qualified US Buyers (as defined below)(“Eligible Member”). Notwithstanding that, any person who is an employee, officer and/or director of Alibaba.com (including his/her immediate family members, agents, any corporate entity in which he/she is a shareholder, director and/or employee, and, such corporate entity’s affiliates and subsidiaries) shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

A “Qualified US Buyer” shall mean a registered business based in the United States with a valid tax ID. Sole proprietorship companies can apply only if they have a valid Employer Identification Number.

6. Promotion-specific Rules

(a)   This Promotion is open to all Qualified US Buyers. After the Promotion Period, a payment terms program will be offered by Alibaba.com similar to this Promotion by invitation only.

(b)   In order to be able use the payment terms extension offered in the Promotion, you must first submit an online application to Multi Service Technology Solutions, Inc., a company incorporated in Florida, United States (“MSTS”) at this link: https://paylater.alibaba.com/page/PAYMENT_TERMS/lp. MSTS will provide the payment term extension service offered under this Promotion to you. All the applications and your qualifications will be reviewed and decided by MSTS. If MSTS approves your application, it will issue a credit line to the Eligible Member extending the payment term to 60 calendar days after the product you ordered is shipped (“Extended Payment Term”). For the avoidance of doubt, all credit lines under the Promotion will be provided solely by MSTS and not by Alibaba.com.  Alibaba.com is neither a lender nor a broker for the credit lines offered under this Promotion.

(c)    This Promotion is not applicable to all suppliers on the Alibaba.com Website. There will be a dedicated product page on the Alibaba.com Website which will specify the relevant suppliers that are supporting this Promotion.

(d)   This Promotion is only applicable to the remaining balance of the transaction after you have settled the initial payment on the Alibaba.com Website.

(e)   During the Extended Payment Term, the Eligible Member must settle the full remaining amount due. A late fee or additional fees may be imposed if the remaining balance is not paid within Extended Payment Term.

(f)    This Promotion is offered for free to Eligible Members without additional transaction fees imposed by Alibaba.com. For the avoidance of doubt, Alibaba.com reserves the right to charge certain transaction fees in relation to this Promotion from time to time upon notice.

(a)   By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Livestream Coupon

 (“Terms and Conditions”)

Selected sellers of the Alibaba.com website (“Seller”) will be offering various discounts for their products in the form of coupons to buyers watching a Seller’s livestream broadcast (“Livestream Coupon”) for the “#SuperSeptember 2020 Event” (“Promotion”) to be held between 1-30 September 2020 (“Promotion Period”) to enjoy at least a 10% discount on orders placed with the Seller.

This Livestream Coupon is subject to the following terms (“Terms”):

• The usage of this Livestream Coupon is subject to the conditions stipulated on the face of this Livestream Coupon, including but not limited to, (i) the quantum of the discount, (ii) the minimum spending requirement on the orders placed with the Seller to be eligible to enjoy the discount, as well as (iii) the applicable cap on the amount of the discount available under this Livestream Coupon.
• The discount provided in the Livestream Coupon will only be applicable to the value of the order placed with the Seller. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount in the Livestream Coupon does not apply to any applicable tax, transaction fees, costs and/or other related expenses.
• This Livestream Coupon can only be used once for any one order placed with the Seller who is broadcasting the relevant livestream during the Promotion and not for any other products or events on the Alibaba.com Website.
• This Livestream Coupon shall apply only to Trade Assurance Orders placed with the Seller on the Alibaba.com Website during the Promotion Period.
• Any fraud and/or abuse of this Livestream Coupon by you (as determined by Alibaba.com in its sole discretion) will result in the forfeiture of your eligibility to this Livestream Coupon.
