The two most common reasons for suppliers to receive complaints are IPR (Intellectual Property Right) infringement and inaccurate product information.

Other companies may raise a complaint against you if you are using any trademark or other IPR information without authorization. Please be sure not to use any name, brand, logo or IPR information in your product name or description without authorization from the owner.

When an IPR complaint is filed against you, the complainant is asked to submit evidence of their claim. Alibaba.com’s team will verify the information. If the complaint is valid, you will be notified and have 3 days to respond.

If you wish to provide any supporting documents in your defense, please respond to the notification email with the documents or send them to :b2b-ipr@service.alibaba.com ); If you do not have any supporting documents to prove that you are authorized to use the IPR information, we advise you to immediately remove all related postings or infringing information.
