Definition of Quotation Capability Score
Quotation Capability Score is designed to evaluate the performance of sellers who use the Request for Quotation (RFQ) platform.
The platform distributes Quotation Rights on the 3rd day and 15th day of each month (PST) based on sellers' Quotation Service Points displayed on the last day of the previous month. The two batches of Quotation Rights expire at 0:00 on the 15th day of the month and 0:00 on the 1st day of the next month, respectively.

Criteria for Sellers
(1)Account Type: China Gold Supplier (CGS), Taiwan Gold Supplier (TWGS), Hong Kong Gold Supplier (HKGS) and Global Gold Supplier (GGS)
(2)Violation Record & Penalty Record: Sellers must meet the following criteria to be eligible for benefits: Must have less than 24 penalty points. Must have less than 1 intellectual property infringement.
Quotation Capability Level and Value-Added Services
On the 3rd of each month(PST), sellers are categorized into three levels based on their quotation capability score ranking on the last day of the previous month.

1.The offline capability metrics are evaluated based on the factory inspection reports issued by SGS, TUV, BV, and Intertek.
2.Each factor is weighted differently and will be adjusted according to the dynamics of the RFQ platform.
Definition of Indexes
RFQ login frequency
RFQ login frequency is the login frequency of the seller account (including sub-account) to RFQ market in the current month. Multiple login actions in one day are counted as one.
Quotation quantity
Quotation quantity is the number of quotations sent by the seller (including sub-account) in the current month. Expired quotations are not counted into the quotation quantity.
Quotation response rate
The percentage of quotations replied to by buyers in the last 30 days.
Business conversion rate
Percentage of store visitors in the last 30 days who have been converted from store visitors to business opportunity buyers in the last 30 days, i.e. the number of buyers who have visited the store in the last 30 days and have had an opportunity to do so. The number of buyers who have visited the store in the last 30 days. (opportunity buyers are buyers who have had an opportunity to visit the store. The business opportunity behavior includes a TM consultation with the store, inquiries, and initiating orders.)
Trade assurance order amount
The amount of money received by a seller in the last 90 days in the order placed by a business opportunity buyer.
Buyer reviews
The average score of nearly 365 days based on the buyer’s nearly 365 days of product quality, seller service, and on-time delivery after the transaction is completed.
